What Is A Transaction Coordinator?
A TC assists a Real Estate Professional throughout the course of a transaction. This includes communication, document and signautre tracking, following the agent's broker compliance guidelines, and communicating with all parties involved.
Will You Contact My Client Directly?
We have several points of contact throughout the transaction, mostly via email. There are times when direct communication is necessary, but as the agent, you will aways be involved 100%. Most commonly, this is through group texts.
Can You Draft Amendments and Offers?
YES! Each Transaction Coordinator holds an active Real Estate License, allowing us to serve you to the best of our ability.
How Do You Get Paid?
The most seamless way for us to receive payment is by putting our fee on your CDA. In the event that we cannot do this, the agent will be invoived via Quickbooks once we know that the file has funded.
What Happens If A File Terminates?
You will also NEVER receive a fee if a file does not make it to closing for any reason. We believe that if you are not paid, we are not paid. Final signatures will be tracked and all documents uploaded, closing the file out accordingly.
Thank you!
